This is Sketchbook Shrink's message for the New Year- It's great to try new things, to agree to challenge yourself, and to help your friends. But sometimes it can be hard to say "No," and before we know it, we've agreed to too many things that just don't sit right with us. Remember to be honest with yourself and don't ever be afraid to say "No" to protect your own well-being. The Nascent No would be a terrible superhero, but maybe she's got the right idea. ;)
