This actually happened a few years ago! Downtown Savannah, folks. I named this comic "The Bugs Bunny Method" because in hindsight, the guy may as well have been a really twisted version of Elmer Fudd looking around for Asians to insult. Remember when Bugs pretended to be a person and messed with Fudd? Yep.
